7 Nischay Bihar Yojana or  Yuva UP Mission Bihar Yojana

7 Nischay Bihar yojana has been introduced by the Bihar government Nitish Kumar. This scheme is launch under the seven-year Bihar scheme in which the government has to implement seven essential projects for the citizen of Bihar. The scheme works towards the benefit of the citizens. There are many schemes like road planning, electricity, skill development in youth, increasing employment in the state, computer learning training scheme, and many others. 7 Nischay Scheme Functions

• There are many roads in both rural and urban areas of Bihar are constructed under this scheme.
• All the houses will get electricity without any discontinuity.
• The government has invested lots of money on the roads of Bihar to improve them.
• The construction of more than 1548 roads has started by the order of 7 union govt. and Lok sabha.

7 Nischay Bihar Yojana budget

• The government has made the scheme under a budget of 55 thousand 600 crores for power lane under this scheme.
• This scheme has also plan to make a pipeline of pure water for all the citizens of the Bihar. The budget for the pipeline is almost 47 thousand crores.
• This Scheme plans a budget of 78000 crores for the repair and construction of roads of Bihar.
• The government has also made the plan to construct the toilet in both rural as well as urban areas.
• This Scheme has set a budget of 28 thousand seven hundred rupees to make the toilet in every house. 
• The government has also sent the plan for the job vacancy and skill development training for the young generation under this 7 Nischay Yojna. The budget for job skill development training is about 49800 crore.
• Almost 25 lakh institution is open in 38 districts for the computer training and skill development courses.
• This Scheme also plans to make a credit card for the student so that taken get loan up to 4 lakh for their higher studies.  
• The government has set a budget of 10300 crores for the development of the study in the state.

Two more critical plan under 7 Nischay Bihar Yojana

• Government planning to set engineering college in every district under the 7 Nischay.
• The government is also planning for five medical colleges, which will be separate from those nursing colleges.

Seven government jobs for women under 7 Nischay scheme

• The government also focuses on women to make themselves independent with the help of the 7 Nischay project.
• The government has decided to give almost a 35% reservation in every governmental field or job so that women can improve themselves and can get government jobs quickly.
