ATUL AYUSHMAN UTTARAKHAND SCHEME has implemented in the state of Uttarakhand on 25th December 2018. This scheme is beneficial for all the families of the state of Uttarakhand. In this Atal Ayushman Uttarakhand Yojana all the families will get 5 lac rupees of health insurance per year. The people can be treated more than 1300 diseases from this Yojana.

Eligibility of Beneficiary family

All the families of the state are eligible in the scheme but such families who are cured by CGGS or Central / other Government Health Insurance Scheme have not been included in the eligibility category. Under the Atal Ayushman Uttarakhand scheme, information about the eligibility of your family can be obtained on the basis of Ration Card Number / Voter ID / EPIC Number / MSBY Card Number: -

How to get treatment?

Beneficiary needs to carry the golden card as well as Aadhar card at the time of the treatment; if you do not have any golden card then you need to carry any of the identity proof like Aadhar card, voter id card, ration card etc so, that golden card can be given in the name of beneficiary. After receiving the golden card you can get the treatment of your diseases in the hospital.
