- First of all, you need to go to the official website of Bihar Right to Public Service.
- Now, click on the "login" button.
- It shows E District Bihar Login popup on your screen.
- Now, enter your mobile number and click on the "GET OTP" button.
- Then, you will receive an OTP on your mobile.
- Enter that OTP and captcha code.
- Now, click on the "login" button.
