UP Govt provides multiple options for getting Birth Certificate UP. You can go to Online Citizen Services and fill all the relevant details for getting a Birth Certificate UP, or you can visit local Parshad/Warden/ Gram Pradhan to get your certified copy of UP Birth Certificate. You will have to create a user ID, and then you would be able to get Birth Certificate online.

  • First of all, Visit official website of E-Sathi UP: http://164.100.181.16/citizenservices/login/login.aspx.
  • Click on "नवीन उपयोगकर्ता पंजीकरण?".Cast Certificate UP Register Online
  • Now enter userid as per your need, your personal details, Mobile Number and Email ID.
  • Enter Captcha Code and Click on Submit.
  • You will get OTP on your mobile.
  • Now Click on Login .
  • Enter User ID, OTP and Captcha Code.
  • Click on Submit

  • Enter your new Password and Click on submit.
  • Now Login again with changed password.
  • Click on "आवेदन भरें".
  • Select "जन्म प्रमाण पत्र" and Click on "जन्म प्रमाण पत्र आवेदन के लिए क्लिक करें".

  • Fill all applicant details and click on submit.
  • Now you have submit application for Certificate.

After applying for Certificate now your can take printout of application form. here are steps to take print out:

  • First of all, Visit official website of E-Sathi UP: http://164.100.181.16/citizenservices/login/login.aspx.
  • Enter User ID, Password and Captcha Code.
  • Click on Submit
  • Now click on "आवेदन प्रिंट करें".UP Caste Certificate Application Form Print
  • Enter your Application number and click on submit
  • it will print UP Birth Certificate Application form.

Birth Certificate UP Online Fee Payment

After applying for Birth Certificate UP now your can take print our of application form. here are steps to make payment:

  • Enter User ID, Password and Captcha Code.
  • Click on Submit
  • Now click On "सेवा शुल्क भुगतान ".
