UP Land Records or UP Bhulekh Khatauni has been recently digitized by the State Government of UP with help from NIC Centre. UP Bhulekh Khatauni is a document which is issued by state government to certify and ascertain a person’s right on piece of land. For an individual farmer or individual, this document will be called Khatoni which will be ingrained in a Khasra.
You will have to create a user ID, and then you would be able to get your Digital Signature Khatauni UP or UP Certified Khatauni Copy.

- First of all, Visit official website of E-Sathi UP: http://164.100.181.16/citizenservices/login/login.aspx.
- Click on "नवीन उपयोगकर्ता पंजीकरण?".
- Now enter userid as per your need, your personal details, Mobile Number and Email ID.
- Enter Captcha Code and Click on Submit.
- You will get OTP on your mobile.
- Now Click on Login .
- Enter User ID, OTP and Captcha Code.
- Click on Submit
- It will take you change password screen.
- Enter your new Password and Click on submit.
- Now Login again with changed password.
- Click on "आवेदन भरें".
- Select "Digital Signature Khatauni" or " डिजिटल हस्ताक्षरित खतौनी के लिए क्लिक करें".
- Click on "डिजिटल हस्ताक्षरित खतौनी के लिए क्लिक करें"
- Now Enter your land details, Mobile Number and Name.
- You have applied for Digital Signature Khatauni UP

After applying for Digital Signature Khatauni UP now your can take printout of application form. here are steps to make payment:
- First of all, Visit official website of E-Sathi UP: http://164.100.181.16/citizenservices/login/login.aspx.
- Enter User ID, Password and Captcha Code.
- Click on Submit
- Now click On "सेवा शुल्क भुगतान ".
- Enter your application number and make payment.
- Now you have make payment for UP Income Certificate.
