UP Govt provides multiple options for getting Income Certificate UP. You can go to Online Citizen Services and fill all the relevant details for getting a Income Certificate UP, or you can visit local Parshad/Warden/ Gram Pradhan to get your certified copy of UP Income Certificate.
You will have to create a user ID, and then you would be able to get your Income Praman Patra.

- First of all, Visit official website of E-Sathi UP: http://164.100.181.16/citizenservices/login/login.aspx.
- Click on "नवीन उपयोगकर्ता पंजीकरण?".
- Now enter userid as per your need, your personal details, Mobile Number and Email ID.
- Enter Captcha Code and Click on Submit.
- You will get OTP on your mobile.
- Now Click on Login .
- Enter User ID, OTP and Captcha Code.
- Click on Submit
- It will take you change password screen.
- Enter your new Password and Click on submit.
- Now Login again with changed password.
- Click on "आवेदन भरें".
- Select "Income Certificate" and Click on "आय प्रमाण पत्र आवेदन के लिए क्लिक करें".
- Now fill your details, upload document and click on Submit.
- You have successfully submit for UP Income Certificate
Income Certificate UP Online Form Print
After applying for UP Income Certificate now your can take printout of application form. here are steps to take print out:
- First of all, Visit official website of E-Sathi UP: http://164.100.181.16/citizenservices/login/login.aspx.
- Enter User ID, Password and Captcha Code.
- Click on Submit
- Now click on "आवेदन प्रिंट करें".
- Enter your Application number and click on submit
- it will print UP Income Certificate Application form.
Income Certificate UP Online Fee Payment
After applying for Income Certificate UP now your can take printout of application form. here are steps to make payment:
- First of all, Visit official website of E-Sathi UP: http://164.100.181.16/citizenservices/login/login.aspx.
- Enter User ID, Password and Captcha Code.
- Click on Submit
- Now click On "सेवा शुल्क भुगतान ".
- Enter your application number and make payment.
- Now you have make payment for UP Income Certificate.
