Jansunwai is an online portal of Uttar Pradesh State. Jansunwai UP allows citizens of UP to submit their grievances online. They can also track the status of their grievance application with the help of the grivance Portal. This portal allows a citizen to contact with Government or Departments or Offices in a transparent manner.

Chief Minister Of UP launched this Portal in 2016. UP Citizen can submit their grievance for any department of Uttar Pradesh Govt. They can track their grievance and send a reminder to UP govt Departments. The citizen can also send feedback on their grievance to the department or offices.

Register Grievance Jansunwai UP Online

To register Grievance on Jansunwai UP Online, Please follow the procedure as mention below:

First of all, visit the official Grievance UP Portal.
Now Click on the "Register Grievance" button on the left side.
It will open a popup on your screen.
Select "I agree" and Click on Submit submit button.
It will take you to the register page.
Now, Enter your mobile or email ID.
Enter the Captcha code and click on the "Submit and generate OTP" button.
You will get OTP on your Mobile or Email address which you have entered in the previous step.
Enter That OTP and click on Submit.
It will take you to the "Grievance Addressal Page".
You can choose your language English or Hindi here.
Now Select Reference Type.
After that, Select Department and Grievance Category.
Now, Enter your name, father name, gender, mobile, email, and Aadhaar Card no.
After that, you have to enter the Grievance Area Detail.
Select Area Rural or Urban.
Now, enter STate, District, Tehsil, Block, Village Panchayat, and Village.
in the last step, you want to upload any document or reference number that you can upload or enter.
Now, Click on Submit.
Finally, you have successfully submitted Grievance on the Grievance UP Portal.
