Jansunwai is an online portal of Uttar Pradesh State. Jansunwai UP allows citizens of UP to submit their grievances online. They can also track the status of their grievance application with the help of the grivance Portal. This portal allows a citizen to contact with  Government or Departments or Offices in a transparent manner.

About Jansunwai UP

Chief Minister Of UP launched this Portal in 2016. UP Citizen can submit their grievance for any department of Uttar Pradesh Govt. They can track their grievance and send a reminder to UP govt Departments. The citizen can also send feedback on their grievance to the department or offices.

Register Grievance Jansunwai UP Online

To register Grievance on Jansunwai UP Online, Please follow the procedure as mention below:

  • First of all, visit the official Grievance UP Portal.
  • Register Grievance Jansunwai UP Online
  • Now Click on the “Register Grievance” button on the left side.
  • It will open a popup on your screen.
  • Select “I agree” and Click on Submit submit button.

  • Now, Enter your mobile or email ID.
  • Enter the Captcha code and click on the “Submit and generate OTP” button.
  • You will get OTP on your Mobile or Email address which you have entered in the previous step.
  • Enter That OTP and click on Submit.

Track Grievance Jansunwai UP Online

after submitting complaint on the Grievance Portal, you can track the status of your grievance. Here are the steps to check that:

  • Click on the “Track Grievance” button.

  • Enter your complaint Number, Mobile, or Email address.
  • Now, Enter Captcha Code and Click on Submit
  • You will get OTP on your email or mobile.
  • Enter that OTP and Click on Submit

Send Reminder on Grievance Jansunwai UP Online

after submitting Grievance in Portal, you can send Reminder on your grievance. Here are the steps to check that:

  • First of all, visit the official Grievance UP Portal.
  • Click on Send Reminder.
  • Enter your complaint Number.
  • Click on Search.
  • It will show your Grievance below.
  • Select your Grievance and Click on Send.

Send Feedback on Grievance Jansunwai UP Online

after submitting Grievance in Portal, you can send feedback on your grievance. Here are the steps to check that:

  • First of all visit the official Grievance UP Portal.
  • Click on Send Feedback.
  • Enter your complaint Number, Mobile, or Email address.
  • After that, select the rating of your feedback.
  • Now, Enter Captcha Code and Click on Submit.
