Document Required for MP Samagra

if you want to register your self on MP Samagra Portal then you require following documents for registration:

• The citizen must have An active Mobile No.
• A Citizen must have Proof of Identification.
• Photocopy of documents like 10th mark sheet, 12th mark sheet, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport. Anyone of these document is a must.

MP Samagra Online Register

if you want to register your self on MP Samagra Portal then you have to follow these steps:

• First of all, visit the official website of MP Samagra Portal: samagra.gov.in.
• Now, Click on "परिवार को पंजीकृत करें".
• It will take you to the next page.
• Here you have to fill the form with your Address details, Family Head Details.
• After filling information, you have to upload documents like 10th Marksheet, 12th Marksheet, Aadhaar Card, Voter Card, or Passport, etc.
• After uploading Documents, now you can add your family member.
• Now, Enter the Captcha Code and click on submit.
• You will get Samagra Family ID on your registered mobile number.
• Finally, you have successfully registered for MP Samagra Portal.

Add New Family Member in MP Samagra

if you want to add a new family member in your Samagra account then follow these steps to add:

• First of all, click on following the link of MP Samagra: samagra.gov.in.
• Click on Register for Samagra ID.
• Now, Click on "Register a new member in your Samagra Family".
• It will take you to the next page.
• Now, Enter your Samagra Family ID and again enter Samagra Family ID.
• After that enter the Captcha Code and Click on Submit.
• Now, You Can add a new Family member in MP Samagra ID.

MP Samagra Search Family By ID

if you want to search by family ID in your Samagra account then follow these steps to search:

• First of all, click on following the link of MP Samagra: samagra.gov.in.
• Now Enter Your Samagra Family ID.
• Again Now, enter captcha Code and Click on Submit.
• Now you can see Family details of that Samagra Family ID
