- First of all, visit the official website of ICICI Bank FASTag.
- Now, Click on the "Apply Now" button.
- It will take you to the next page.
- Now, enter your personal details like First Name, Last Name, Mother Maiden Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email ID, etc.
- After that, select ID Proof and enter ID Proof Number.
- Select the soft copy of ID Proof and click on upload.
- After uploading Click on continue.
- Now, You have to enter your Delivery address and Vehicle Registration number.
- Upload Vehicle Registration Front copy and backside copy.

- First of all, visit ICICI Bank FASTag Portal.
- Click on Individual Login or Corporate Login.
- Now, you can select "Login via Username" or "Login via Mobile Number".
- if you Select "Login via Username", then enter the user name & password and click on Login.
- if you select "Login via Mobile Number", then enter your mobile number and verification code.
- Click on "Request for OTP".
- Now, enter that OTP and Click on Login.
- After verifying, OTP your will redirected to the "ICICI FASTag Portal Dashboard.
- Now, you can check your last transaction and can do an online recharge there.
