PMEGP e-Portal, Online Apply, Status, and Login

The ministry of micro small and medium industry has started PMEGP e-Portal in the year of 2008. Banks provide financial benefits through a loan to the entrepreneurs for their new project or work. This scheme is a combination of two plans that our prime Minister Rozgar yojana and rural employment generation programme. 

PMEGP e-Portal Programme

The national-level khadi and village industries commission works as the nodal agency for the successful implementation of the prime minister employment generation programme. District industries centre is also working as the nodal agency of the government for the success of the PMEGP e-Portal scheme.

PMEGP scheme function

The government provides 90% of project costs under the PMEGP e-Portal scheme. The National Bank of India will provide a loan for the project. The applicant will get a working capital loan in minimum subsidized interest rates from the central government. A maximum of  Rs.25.00 lakhs for the manufacturing unit and Rs.10.00 lakhs for the service Unit is applicable under this scheme. The land cost of the project cannot include in the loan amount.

PM employment generation Programme objective

The main objective of the government to employ both Rural as well as urban areas. With the help of the PMEGP e-Portal scheme, the central government wants to help the youth of India to earn themselves.   • Individuals must be above the age of 18 years.
  • Qualifications must be 8th pass for project load above 10 lakh.
  • Must have linked with charitable trust and self-help groups.
  • The institution must have been registered under the societies registration act 1860

Project cost under Pmegp e-Portal program

The bank will provide a minimum of 10 lakh and a maximum of Rs 20 lakh for the manufacturing project and will provide 5 lakh to 10 lakh rupees for the business sector project.

Document for Pmegp e-Portal Online Apply

if you want to apply for PMEGP scheme then you must have the following documents:

  •  Aadhar card of the applicant.
  • Address proof of the applicant.
  • If the applicant belongs to a reserved category, then the Caste certificate of the applicant.
  • Report on the project for which the applicant wants to get the loan.
  • If the applicant has a Skill training certificate, then a copy of that certificate.
  • If the applicant belongs to the rural area, then the rural area certificate of the applicant.
  • Bank account details.
  • Certificate for registration.
  • Details of infrastructure.

PMEGP e-Portal benefits

  • The individual can get the option of self-employment with the help of the scheme.
  • A subsidized interest scheme helps to provide loans on subsidized interest.
  • The bank offers loans up to 90% of the project rate.

Online application PMEGP e-Portal

if you want to apply for this scheme, you have to follow the following steps to apply online for the scheme:

  • First of all, the applicant needs to go to the official website of the Pmegp portal.
  • On the home page, there are two options available "Application for Individual" and "Application form for Non-Individual".
  • if you want to apply as Individual, then Click on the "Application for Individual" button.
  • It will take you to the next page.
  • Now, enter your Aadhaar Card No, Name and Click on the "Validate Aadhaar" button.
  • You will receive an OTP on your Aadhaar Registered mobile.
  • Enter that number and click on Validate.
  • Now, select a sponsoring agency, state, and district.
  • It will show you a list of sponsoring offices and select from the given list.
  • Now, Select Gender.
  • Enter Your Date of Birth.
  • Select Social Category.
  • Select Special Category if any.
  • Now, select your qualification.
  • After that, enter your communication address, Pin, Mobile, and Email.
  • Now, you have to select "Unit Location".
  • After that, enter your unit location address.
  • Select Type of Activity.
  • Enter Industry or Activity Name.
  • Select EDP Training Undergone.
  • Enter your training institute name.
  • Now, enter project cost.
  • After that, you have to enter 1st Financing Bank Details and 2nd Financing Bank Details.
  • Now, click on "save applicant data."
  • After that, click on "Prepare DPR".
  • Click on the "final submit."
  • After submitting the registration form, you will get the applicant if as well as password on your mobile number.

PMEGP e-Portal login and Status

After applying online for a loan on PMEGP e-Portal, you check the status online. Here are the following steps you have to follow to check status:

  • First of all, visit the official website of PMEGP Portal.
  • Click on "Login form for Registered Applicant".
  • It will take you to the next page.
  • Enter your User ID and Password.
  • Click on Login.
  • it will take you to the Portal Dashboard. There you can check the status of your application.

Download PMEGP Sample Projects

if you are looking for PMEGP Sample projects, then you have to follow the following procedure to download them:

  • First of all, visit the official website of PMEGP Portal.
  • On the left-hand side, click on the "Download Model Projects" link.
  • It will take you to the next page.
  • It will show you a list of model or sample projects available on PMEGP Portal.
  • Now, Select Industry and enter the range of project cost.
  • Click on the Find button.
  • It will show a list of all available projects under that industry in defined project cost.
  • To view project details, click on "View" link.
  • it will open a pdf file of that sample project.
