The CM One Lakh Houses scheme is especially for the poor category people. The beneficiary has to pay Rs. 900 for One lakh loan of 15 years. This is a Multi-story housing scheme in Bengaluru city. Under this scheme, 1 Bhk house will provide to each family. This 1 BHK House contains 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 Kitchen, and 1 Drawing room. So, this Scheme comes under Bengaluru affordable housing scheme.

Scheme Benefits

Government has introduced Chief Minister's One Lakh Houses scheme to provide many benefits to the beneficiary, and some of the benefits are:

• The main advantage of this Yojana is the implementation of the houses to all the citizen.
• This Yojana is beneficial for those people who are poor and can't build their own homes in Bengaluru.
• The government also provides transparency in the application of this scheme; therefore, no single deserving candidate left out for the benefit of making the houses.
• The implementation of homes is cost-effective, and the price of the building of the multi-story houses is less than the average market price.
• The Karnataka government providing a subsidy of Rs. 3.5 lakh for SC/ST and Rs. 2.7 lakh for general and others.
• There is a 50% reservation for general, 30% for SC, 10% for ST and 10% for the minority.

Eligibility

The Karnataka Government has set eligibility criteria for this scheme, and those are as follows:

• The applicant must have their permanent as well as a legal resident in the state of Karnataka.
• Annual family income is less than Rs 87600/- can apply for this scheme.
• The applicant must complete 5 years of residence in Bengaluru city.
• Applicants must not utilize housing subsidy from any other housing scheme.
• The Applicant doesn't have any house in Bengaluru city.

Bengaluru CM One Lakh Houses Scheme Online Apply

The Karnataka Government already accepting online apply for Chief Minister's One Lakh Housing scheme. If you want to apply for this scheme, then follow the procedure below:

Step #1. Visit the official Ashraya Karnataka website.

In this step, you have to visit the official website of Ashraya Karnataka. Here you have to click on the "One lakh home online application" or "ಒಂದು ಲಕ್ಷ ಮನೆಯ ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿ" link. It takes you to the next page. Here you can see the "Chief Minister's One Lakh Housing Scheme" application form.

Step #2. Now, you have to fill your information in application form.

First of all, you can see options for preferred places on your screen. Select your preferred places now. After that, you have to enter the applicant's information like name, father name, gender, date of birth, mobile, email, category, etc. After selecting your category, you see an option to enter RD Number. Here you have to enter RD Number and click on the Proceed button.

Step #3. After that, verify your RD Number and upload other documents.

Now, the system will verify your RD Number. If your RD Number is correct, then you can proceed to fill other information on the application. You have to fill information like permanent address, correspondence address, etc. After that, you have to upload all relevant documents like aadhaar card, income certificate, caste certificate, etc into the application. After uploading, You can see an application number on your screen. You can save this application number for future use.

How to do Acknowledgement Print or Challan or Online Payment of CM One Lakh Houses Scheme

you have to visit the official website of Ashraya Karnataka. Here you have to click on the button "ಸ್ವೀಕೃತಿ ಮುದ್ರಿಸು/ ಚಲನ್/ ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಪಾವತಿ". It takes you the next page. There you can see 3 options, which are as follows:

Download Acknowledgement Print

If you click on the " Download Acknowledgement" option, it will show a Download Acknowledgement form on your screen. Here you have to enter the Application ID and mobile number. After that, click on the "Continue" button. It will show you acknowledgment of CM One Lakh Houses Scheme on your screen. You can take a print out or download it in your system.

Download Bank Challan

If you click on the " Download Bank Challan" option, it will show a Bank Challan form on your screen. Here you have to enter the Application ID, mobile number, and Bank. After that, click on the "Bank Challan" button. It will show you the bank challan on your screen. You can take a print out or download it in your system.

CM One Lakh Houses Scheme Online Payment

If you click on the " Online Payment" option, it will show a Online Payment form on your screen. Here you have to enter the Application ID and mobile number. After that, click on the "Online Payment" button. It takes you to the payment gateway page. Make payment and print receipt of payment.
