Yeshasvini CO-OPERATIVE FARMERS HEALTH CARE Scheme is launched by Govt of Karnataka. Main objective of YESHASVINI Scheme is to provide medical facilities to farmers who are member of the Cooperative Societies of Karnataka State. Society should be registered with the Department of Cooperative of Karnataka.

- Max Age limit 75 years
- Must be member of the Cooperative Societies.
- Must be from Rural areas of Karnataka Cities.
- family members of the main beneficiary are also eligible to avail of the benefits under this scheme

Yeshasvini health scheme provide health insurance coverage around in 30 districts of Karnataka State. 803 surgical procedures are included in Yeshasvini health scheme. Following ailments are covered under this scheme:
